Registration

All attendees at IFIT2023 should make the registration. One author per paper MUST be accompanied by one mandatory registration and the registration fee must be paid until Registration Due Date. Without a dedicated registration, the paper cannot be included in the conference proceedings and it cannot be recommended to the journal special issues. The following registration rules are applied to the IFIT2023. All inquiries concerning registration and payment should be addressed to the general chair of IFIT2023.

    Registration Fees

    • To be published in the IFIT 2023 proceeding, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference.
    • Includes one proceeding, keynote speech, banquet fee, coffee break, special gift.

    • Registration by ￦1,800,000 KRW or $1,800 USD

    [Non-Author Registration]
    • Registration by ￦800,000 KRW or $800 USD
      • - If you are student or online participation, the registration fee is ￦500,000 KRW ($500 USD)
    All authors will receive a special gift, bag, proceeding and program book, Name tags, Invoice, Certificate of Participation.
