The 2016 International Conference on Future Information Technology, applications and services (IFIT 2016 Seoul) will be held in Seoul, Korea, October 20~22, 2016. The IFIT 2016 Seoul will be the most comprehensive international events focused on the various aspects of advances in future IT, applications, and services. In particular, the conference is aimed at address key themes on advanced cloud, IoT, big data, communications and networks, security and trust, multimedia, vehicular, and so on. The conference will provide an opportunity for academic and industry professionals to discuss the latest issues and progress in the area of future IT.
In addition, the conference will publish high quality papers which are closely related to the various theories and practices in future IT. Furthermore, we expect that the congress and its publications will be a trigger for further related research and technology improvements in this important subject.

1.Submission due: Sept. 18, 2016
2.Author notification: Sept. 25, 2016
3.Registration due: Oct. 5, 2016
4.PPT file and proceeding file submission due: Oct. 5, 2016

** If authors want to revise and improve their paper for the congress CD proceeding, pls. submit it again by carmera-ready due. Otherwise, the first version of submitted paper will be included in the CD proceeding.**

5. Coference dates: Oct. 20 ~ 22, 2016 (Author presentation day - Oct. 21)


Step 2: Journal Process for SIs

** This process is ONLY for authors of the accepted paper in the Conference **

6. Sending emails for SI recommendations: Oct. 30, 2016
7. Full paper submission due for each SI: Nov. 10, 2016
8. Online (First) or onlince (open access) publication: 1st Quarter 2017 (Tentative)

* Open access journals or online first publication will be published by the due dates.
* The offline publications can be depended on schedule of the publisher.



Proceedings and Special Issues

1. The accepted papers will be included in a Conference CD proceedings (without ISBN / ISSN).
(The only one page or two pages of accepted paper will be included in the proceedings).

2. Good papers accepted and presented in IFIT 2016 Seoul,
after further revisions, will be recommended for the special issues of the following international journals (Confirmed):

Submission Guidelines and Publications

Important Notice

  • Please DO NOT repeatedly create new paper id with the identical paper in our editorial system.
    When more than two identical papers are submitted in the editorial system, the papers will be rejected (without review process).
    If any problems, please contact to leading program chair.


There will be a combination of presentations including scientific papers. Prospective authors are invited, in the first instance, to submit papers for oral presentations in any of the areas of interest for this conference.
Authors should submit a paper based on page limitation including all figures, tables, and references. If you want to submit more than page limitation, you can add up to 2 extra pages with the appropriate fee payment.
All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings published by Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE) - Springer (indexed by EI and SCOPUS).

Authors should submit a extended abstract with 2~3 pages in length, including all figures, tables, and references.

**If authors will NOT use our format, this paper will be rejected without review process**.
Please use **this format** for congference paper.

Instructions for papers in the Springer's LNEE(Note that the paper format of LNEE is the same as that of LNCS
  • Prepare your paper in the exact format as the sample paper for LNEE. Failure to do so may result in the exclusion of your paper from the proceedings. Please read the authors' instructions carefully before preparing your papers.
  • Springer accepts both Microsoft Word and LaTex format in the Lecture Note Series.
    However, CSA does not accept the use of LaTex. Therefore, you should use the Microsoft Word instead of using LaTex (The paper will be excluded from the proceeding if you use LaTex).
    Springer provides the relevant templates and sample files for both PC (sv-lncs.dot) and Mac (sv-lncs) environments.
